WikiLeaks provides $15,000 to soldier's defense

HAGERSTOWN, Maryland  — Supporters of the US Army private suspected in one of the biggest security breaches in US history say WikiLeaks has fulfilled its pledge to aid in his defense by contributing $15,100.
The Bradley Manning Support Network announced the gift Thursday.
Jeff Paterson of the affiliated group Courage to Resist in Oakland, California, says the contribution brings the total raised for Pfc. Manning's defense to more than $100,000 but is still short of the $115,000 needed.
