Woman seriously injured in Karmiel apartment fire

A woman in her 80s was in serious condition early Sunday morning after a fire broke out in her apartment in Karmiel, according to Magen David Adom.
Paramedics managed to reach the woman in the five-story-building and provided medical treatment at the scene.
She was taken to Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya for further treatment of the burns to her upper body and was breathing with a respirator.
