Yachimovich: We reward our enemies and neglect the PA, outrageous

Opposition leader MK Shelly Yachimovich criticized the report that Israel approved the transfer of a third tranche of Qatari funds to Gaza on Thursday.

"Transferring money directly to Hamas and Yahya Sinwar, while completely neglecting the Palestinian Authority is a serious security and political error," Yachimovich declared. "It is outragous that we reward the worst of our enemies and neglect the PA over and over, whom we have daily security cooperation, that prevents terror attacks and saves life."

Yachimovich concluded by saying that the Israeli government has "zero political acts, and leaves the army as Israel's only defense."
