Shas party head Eli Yishai called Shaul Mofaz Wednesday to congratulate him on winning the Kadima party leadership in primaries held Tuesday night. Yishai called on Mofaz to consider joining an emergency government.
"As the State of Israel faces fateful decisions, it needs unity more than ever, to which Mofaz can lend his great experience," Yishai said.
