A IDF soldier was lightly injured by shrapnel from a mortar barrage launched from the Gaza Strip into the area surrounding the Erez crossing, according to Ynet.MDA medics and paramedics reported that they provided medical treatment to a 19-year-old IDF soldier, and referred him to Barzilai Hospital in a stable condition, with a shrapnel wound to his upper body.
