Zahar: Hamas would accept state on '67 borders

Mahmoud Zahar said on Wednesday Hamas would be willing to accept a state on 1967 borders.
Hamas would accept a Palestinian state "on any part of Palestine," he said in an interview with Maan, marking the first time Hamas publicly stepped back from its goal of a Palestinian state "from the river to the sea."
At the same time, Zahar said that Hamas would not recognize Israel, because doing so would "cancel the right of the next generations to liberate the lands."
