Zemer council member shot while exiting a mosque

A Zemer council member, who is in his 40s, was shot while exiting a mosque, according to Ynet. He is reportedly in moderately serious condition and was taken to the hospital by Magen David Adom at the scene.

Police have started investigating the incident, Ynet reported.
