Tel Aviv District Court on Thursday ordered the temporary confiscation of Arkadi Gaydamak's Caesarea home and of his stock market assets, Army Radio reported. The confiscation order was issued following a request filed by Hong-Kong business people who claim the tycoon owes them approximately NIS 80 million after violating business contracts. Meanwhile, Attorney Yosef Segev, who represents the Gaydamak, announced he would be buying Osif Company from his client for NIS 110 million. "My bid wasn't the highest but includes guarantees that the money will be paid without a doubt," Segev said.
