Danya Cebus, the construction unit of Africa Israel Investments Ltd., the property company controlled by diamond billionaire Lev Leviev, announced that it won the tender for the construction of a high overpass at the Binyamina-Phardeis junction on Highway 4 in order to allow the planned railroad to pass underneath the highway as well as to ease congestion at the junction. The project is estimated at NIS 140m.
