Israel Aircraft Industries Ltd. and Bazan Oil Refineries have both been rated among the top 10 Israeli industrial companies by Dun & Bradstreet Israel over the past 26 years. As part of the launch of the annual Dun's 100 report of Israel's largest enterprises, D&B Israel conducted a special survey to identify the Israeli industrial, commercial and services companies that have been able to keep their place in the top 10 for the past 26 years during which the rating company has published the "Duns 100 - Israel's Largest Enterprises." Since 1981, Israel Aircraft Industries has been ranked number one on the list 12 times, while Bazan Oil Refineries won the grading of the largest industrial company three times during the same period of time. In 2005, the surge in energy prices pushed Bazan Oil Refineries to the largest industrial company in terms of sales volume, taking the place of Teva Pharmaceuticals Ltd. after two years. Second best, Tnuva Food Industries Ltd., remained among the top 10 largest industrial companies over the past 25 years, reaching third place three times. Israel Electric Corporation was represented among the 10 largest 22 times, including nine times in first place. Teva, the world's largest generic pharmaceuticals maker, was 17 times among the top 10 and number one in 2004 and 2005. Israel Chemicals subsidiary Dead Sea Works appeared 15 times in the top 10. Among Israel's largest commercial and services enterprises, which D&B Israel started to rank back in 1991, Bezeq entered the top 10 each year, out of which the telecommunications company was number one 12 times. In past years, however, Dor Alon Energy Ltd. took the place of Bezeq at the top of the list. Zim Integrated Shipping Services was also represented among the top 10 over the past 16 years, taking second or fourth place.
