The Jerusalem Post Internet Edition (www.JPost.com) announced on Monday the launching of a new content cooperation with Janglo, Israel's largest online Anglo community.
Under the title JPost classifieds, the new feature offers categories such as for sale, wanted, job opps, job seek, mitzvah, events, real estate and more.
Janglo was founded in 2001 to help Jerusalem Anglos connect with each other, share resources and information. Taanglo, which serves the Tel Aviv region Anglo community, was launched a year later.
According to Shani Rosenfelder, JPost.com Managing Editor, "Through Janglo / Taanglo, JPost.com offers an added value to Anglos living in Israel. They can now come online, read the news and get in touch with what's happening in the Anglo community here, whether through events, job opportunities for English speakers, real estate offers etc."
The next stage, Rosenfelder added, will be expanding the network to the international Jewish community.
Janglo / Taanglo founder and CEO Zev Stub said, "We are excited to be working with The Jerusalem Post. We hope that the connection will further expand the reach of Israel's online Anglo community and help new and 'not-so-new' olim adjust smoothly to life here."
