The Reisdor Group is expanding its operations in southern Israel with the establishment of the Reisdor Netivot project – a smart residential district in the Ma’alot Hanachal neighborhood of the city. This is an entrepreneurial project with a scope of approximately NIS 550 million, which will include 538 smart apartments built in 19 buildings of 5 and 9 stories, offering residents a technological, green, and advanced living environment.

According to Yaki Reisner, chairman and owner of the group, this is the first innovation district of its kind in the country: "Precisely in these complex times, we are excited to promote this initiative, which will provide our residents with the highest level of advanced quality of life – exactly as is fitting in this decade."

The project was designed by the Larry Shternshine Architects firm and includes apartments of a new standard – with the option to connect to a smart home app, remotely opening doors, electric gates, smart mailboxes that notify of incoming mail, lighting games, and more.

Beyond that, the project also emphasizes the shared spaces, which will include residents’ rooms with open-space style workstations, gaming corners, a communal ecological garden, and more – another layer in creating a smart and functional community.

A growing city

Reisdor operates throughout the country, but the choice of Netivot reflects a clear trend of investing in the south. As of now, about 140 apartments have already been sold during the presale phase – a figure indicating high demand in the city, despite the challenging times.

The Ma’alot Hanachal neighborhood, where the project is being built, is undergoing rapid development, with new educational institutions, a science center, a technology incubator, and a vast green park spanning 64 dunams. Its proximity to the new Highway 25, which connects Beersheba, Ofakim, Netivot, and the surrounding communities, positions it as a particularly attractive destination for families and young couples seeking quality of life in a convenient and accessible environment.

Reisner concludes: "We recognize Netivot as a high-quality center for residence and investment, with clear real estate growth in recent months. We will continue to develop residential, commercial, and employment complexes at an uncompromising standard."
