The Biga café chain is launching a first-of-its-kind collaboration with influencer and internet star Shahar Hayun, featuring a series of healthy dishes rich in vitamins and nutritional value – inspired by Hayun’s lifestyle.

The dishes, which will be added permanently to the chain’s menu starting June 22, respond to the Skintalk trend, which combines nutrition, skincare, and fitness.

“A Friend on Wheels”: An Inspiring Story About Acceptance, Uniqueness, and Love

Nurit Ben Moshe, 75 years old and a mother of three, is launching the children’s book “A Friend on Wheels” – a story she wrote about 30 years ago, inspired by her daughter who was left wheelchair-bound after surgery.

Now, after years of sitting in a drawer, the book is being published by Media 10 and brings an important educational message about accepting those who are different and appreciating the value of uniqueness.

Nurit, now a retired and active volunteer in various fields, shares that writing the book was born out of a deep shift in her worldview following the accident.

For years, she was afraid to publish the personal story, but at age 75 she decided to gather the courage and share its message with children, parents, and educators.

The book, intended for children ages 5 and up, is suitable for reading both in classrooms and at home, and gently introduces topics of difference and disability.

It encourages open dialogue about inclusion, tolerance, and understanding.

Nurit’s daughter, on whom the story is based, is now a professor of criminology at the University of Chicago – proof that a disability is not a limitation.

“The sky is the limit,” says Nurit, “and most importantly – don’t be afraid to open up, to ask, and to love.”
