They pop up everywhere – near fields, in forests, in city parks – and make our day with a hot coffee and a perfect view. Coffee carts have become one of the most Israeli trends, and now five new ones are joining, bringing much more than just coffee.
Yoava – Pitaya Farm in Givat Yoav
Yoava is a coffee cart in the Golan Heights, located at Pitaya Farm near the moshav Givat Yoav, which feels like a getaway to South America. Three partners, Alon, Ilan, and Madi, established a smoothie and coffee cart in the heart of the orchard facing the Sea of Galilee, bringing a South American atmosphere with live samba, salsa, bossa nova, and more.
On the menu, you’ll find acai bowls, papaya salad, mixed salads with pitaya fruit – considered a real superfood – as well as classic treats like toasts, Jachnun on Saturdays, and fresh pastries. The farm also hosts fruit picking and creative activities for children. Soon, a Pitaya Festival will take place here (who would have thought!) with a performance by Jimbo J and food stalls, on September 22 at sunset.
Hours: Sun 16:00–20:00; Mon–Thu 08:00–14:00, 16:00–20:00 (Thu until 22:00); Fri 08:00–12:00, 16:00–20:00; Sat 08:00–14:00

Mika – Kosher Coffee Cart in Hadarim Park, Rehovot
Among the many memorials established in recent years, here’s a look at a coffee cart that offers more than just excellent coffee. Beyond its fine kosher standards, pastries, salads, and the lake view, you’ll find inspiration about the value of true friendship.
Meet Mika Coffee Cart, founded by Shon Bar Shlomo, who is also the pastry chef of the cart, in memory of her two friends Maya and Karina, who were killed at the Nova Party on October 7. The name Mika was created by combining their names, and the cart has become a symbol of remembrance and life.
It is located in the heart of Hadarim Park in Rehovot, between an artificial lake with ducks, a petting zoo, wide lawns, and a playground – a perfect stop with family or friends. The menu includes sandwiches, salads, pizzas, focaccias, handmade pastries and desserts, alongside excellent coffee, cold drinks, vegan options, and gluten-free choices.
Hours: Sun–Wed 08:00–21:00 | Thu 08:00–19:00 + Wine evenings 20:00–23:00 | Fri 08:00–15:00

The cart was created by Hila, a cancer survivor, to provide herself and other survivors a supportive community space with a green corner, serving healthy and delicious food.

Café Sataf in the Judean Hills
