Fattal Hotels Group announced that Nadav and Asaf Fattal (40) will serve as co-CEOs of the hotel operations in Israel. The two, sons of the group’s founder David Fattal, began their careers in the company right after military service, grew from service and sales roles, and advanced to key positions that influenced the group’s strategy and growth.
Over the years, Nadav Fattal developed the group’s marketing and digital departments, established the customer loyalty club, and launched the Yala booking app. In 2019, he founded the office division of Fattal Group and created the ROOMS coworking network, where he serves as CEO. Today, this is the largest office division of its kind in Israel, with approximately 60 properties and thousands of clients.
Asaf Fattal, a certified accountant and lawyer, served as VP of business development and construction for the group. In this role, he was responsible for acquiring dozens of hotels in Israel, opening about half of the active hotels in the country, and leading projects for construction, renovation, and property enhancement. Among other initiatives, he founded Fattal Terminal, the reservations center, Fattal hotel wings in Ichilov and Rambam hospitals, as well as the concept brands NYX, Fattal Colors, and Fattal Limited Edition.
Alongside the new appointments, Yuval Fattal will continue to manage MASTER – the group’s serviced apartment hotel network, already active in seven countries, including London, Barcelona, and Rome, considered the fastest-growing sector in the global hospitality industry.
David Fattal, founder and CEO of Fattal Group, welcomed the appointments: “I am proud of appointing Asaf and Nadav as co-CEOs of the hotel operations in Israel. They grew up in the company from a young age, demonstrated exceptional management skills, and show deep commitment to the industry. I am confident that the combination of their experience and the innovative thinking they bring will drive the company forward.”
