SETAI, the Nakash family-owned hotel brand, is expanding its international presence with the opening of its first resort in the Caribbean, in St. Maarten – a Caribbean island with white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, which has become a popular destination for travelers from around the world. SETAI St. Maarten will be the brand’s first hotel in the region and marks the network’s expansion on the global stage. The project is being developed in partnership with the Canadian real estate company Altree Developments and is expected to open in 2028.

The resort will feature 205 rooms, including rental units, and will offer world-class luxury experiences: A private beach, three swimming pools – one of which is adults-only, a spa covering approximately 2,800 square meters, tennis courts, water sports activities, a children’s playroom, and access to a protected nature reserve. The culinary experience will include five unique restaurants, including Ocean Grill Beach Club and Jaya restaurant, inspired by SETAI’s Miami Beach concepts and blending global flavors with Caribbean touches.

The rooms offer spacious and indulgent accommodations, with options ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom units, with sizes between 58 and 186 square meters, and the possibility of expansion up to 557 square meters.

SETAI, which grew from the Nakash family’s vision, has become a luxury brand with an international presence. Its flagship hotel in Miami Beach has received AAA Five Diamond awards and Forbes five-star ratings. The brand later expanded in Israel with hotels in the Sea of Galilee and Jaffa.
