TODAY'S HOT POTATO: Taken from article: Talkback #: It's lonely being pro-Israel on campus Talkbacker: Mark Silberstone, USA Text: Not sure where the problem is - Zionism is about as far away from Judaism as it gets - basically justifying anything in the name of the land - despite the fact that virtually every great Jewish leader (Gedolim) prior to the founding of the "state" was completely against it's founding. There was peace between Jews and Arabs prior to the Zionist movement - now Zionists use the anger and frustration to claim they're the victims. There's a good reason so many people can identify with the Palestinians' plight, they are halachically and morally in the right. What do you think? The ball is in your court now. Click here to respond
