5.2-magnitude quake injures 12 in NW Pakistan

A 5.2-magnitude earthquake followed by an aftershock rattled Pakistan's capital and several other towns in the country's north Tuesday, injuring 12 people, police said. The injuries were reported in Battagram, a town about 150 kilometers north of Islamabad that had been badly hit by October's monster quake, said Waris Khan, a local police official. He said most of the people were injured when walls of their mud-brick homes collapsed. All were in stable condition at a local hospital, he said.
