9 wounded Ukrainians to be brought to Israeli hospitals
The Jewish community in Kiev organized treatment for the wounded protesters, who will be admitted to Hadassah and Kaplan Medical Centers.

Nine severely wounded Ukrainians who were hurt in the political clashes will be brought to Israel on a special plane organized by the Jewish community in Kiev, Israel Radio reported Friday.All nine protesters suffered from gunshot wounds and will be treated at Hadassah University Medical Center in Jerusalem and Kaplan Medical Center in Rehovot.An emergency volunteer committee arranged the operation at the central syngagogue in Kiev until midnight, Alexander Levin, the president of the World Forum of Russian-Speaking Jewry, told Israel Radio.Despite recent unrest and the presence of Russian forces in Ukraine's Crimea region, Russia announced on Friday that there will be no war with Ukraine.The parliament in Ukraine's southern Crimea region said on Thursday it would hold a referendum on whether the region should join Russia on March 16.
