Amnesty International accuses Israel of war crimes

Human rights organization Amnesty International blamed Israel for purposely targeting civilians and carrying out war crimes, the organization's report said Tuesday night.
"There is solid evidence that the army deliberately destroyed houses and power stations," the report said.
The report did not mention any of Hizbullah's actions against Israeli civilians.
