At least 13 dead, 70 wounded in Istanbul terror attack

Istanbul's governor said 13 people have been killed in two explosions in the Turkish city and has called it a "terror attack." Gov. Muammer Guler said around 70 people have been injured in Sunday's explosions in the working class residential Gungoren district of Istanbul. A witness said the two explosions were some 10 minutes apart. Many people were injured in the second blast after they rushed to the area to help people following the first explosion.
