At least two wounded in blast near Pakistan consulate in Afghanistan

Officials say a blast outside a Pakistani consulate in western Afghanistan has wounded at least two people.
Naeem Khan says the explosives were placed on a bicycle outside the gates of the consulate in the city of Herat. Khan is a spokesman for Pakistan's embassy in Kabul.
Police official Mir Ahmad says a police guard and a woman were wounded.
Khan says no one inside the consulate was injured.
