In Russia, the father of the two suspects in the Boston Marathon bombings had this to say about the incident that made his sons the most wanted men in America."Somebody clearly framed them. I don't know who exactly framed them, but they did. They framed them. And they were so cowardly that they shot the boy dead. They are picking them at a rubbish dump, those weapons, or what?"Earlier on Friday, Massachusetts officials announced a state of alert - urging all residents to remain indoors as police carried out a massive manhunt.
