Clinton says US and South Korea united on North Korea

US Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said Friday that Washington's relations with North Korea will not improve as long as Pyongyang refuses dialogue with South Korea.
She criticized the "tyranny and poverty" in communist North Korea during a news conference in Seoul and said Pyongyang must follow through on its commitment to get rid of its nuclear program.
She also said relations must improve between the two Koreas.
Clinton added that "North Korea is not going to get a different relationship with the United States while insulting and refusing dialogue with the Republic of Korea."
