Fire, smoke pour from Taj hotel as fighting escalates in Mumbai standoff

Fire and smoke are pouring from Mumbai's Taj Mahal hotel as fighting between Indian commandos and militants escalates. Indian forces are targeting the landmark hotel with grenades and gunfire as gunmen make a last stand Saturday morning. As the two sides exchanged fire, flames erupted and smoke billowed from the building's ground floor. The hotel has been wracked by intermittent gunshots and explosions since Friday night, even though authorities say they cleared it of gunmen Thursday night. More than 150 people have been killed in the violence that began when gunmen attacked 10 sites across India's financial capital Wednesday night.
