More explosions as security forces close in on Chabad house

A third explosion was heard at the Mumbai Chabad House, India's NDTV network reported early on Friday morning.
According to the report, the building was in darkness as snipers took positions and security forces closed in on the Jewish center.
CNN also reported that at about 5:30 a.m. local time, additional police officers, military and fire personnel arrived near the house.
