South Korea: North Korea remains on track to test missile

North Korea is forging ahead with preparations to test-fire a missile, but a launch does not appear imminent, South Korea's new Cabinet minister on Pyongyang said Wednesday. North Korea said last week it would launch a communications satellite into orbit as part of its space program. Neighboring governments believe the claim is a cover for a long-range missile test and have warned the regime such a move would invite international sanctions.
