The World Bank announced on Thursday that the Palestinians can't stay within their budget, due to overspending as a result of a sharp increase in employment in their territories and the salaries associated with the new jobs.
According to their report, the World Bank they have halted a donation from an international fund to the Palestinians for failing to adhere to the reform plans.
