Britain's PM calls on Iran to halt nuclear program

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown on Wednesday called on Iran to suspend its nuclear program.
In a formal address to Congress, Brown said the US and Britain were ready for Iran to rejoin the world community after it stops threatening peace.
He said the nations' leaders would work tirelessly with the international community to reduce the threat of nuclear proliferation.
