Iran, US waiting for other side to make nuclear compromise

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani says Iran is prepared to enter serious negotiations with the West; that he was able to reach out in this way may indicate he has the support of the Supreme Leader Ayattolah Ali Khamenei.
