Three-year-old dies after falling out of moving vehicle on highway near Tel Aviv

A three-year-old girl died on Friday night after she fell out of a moving vehicle on a highway near Tel Aviv.The accident occurred near the Beit Dagan junction when the girl apparently opened one of the car doors while it was moving. She fell out and subsequently sustained serious head wounds.MDA treated her on the scene before evacuating her to Assaf Harofeh Medical Center where she succumbed to her wounds.Channel 2 reported that the driver of the car was the boyfriend of the girl's mother and had fled the scene after the accident. He was then found and taken in for an investigation.
