Barkan terrorist suspect’s family home to be demolished

Following the announcement, the family has until Thursday to file an objection against the demolition.

The family of the terrorist who murdered Kim Yehezkel-Levengrond and Ziv Hajbi at an attack at Barkan Industrial Facility was informed Monday that the IDF plans to demolish its home in connection with the attacks.
The IDF pledges that it will continue to act accordingly to thwart terrorist attacks and to deter potential terrorists. Following the announcement, the family has until Thursday to appeal the demolition.
On Sunday, according to an IDF spokesperson, the IDF and Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency), Border Police and the Israel Police arrested 22 suspects involved in terrorist activities, common terrorism and violent disturbances against civilians and soldiers.
The suspects were transferred for questioning by an officer of the IDF.
