Israeli musicians to sing in Rabin Square for Remembrance Day

The event will be presented by renowned Israeli actor Lior Ashkenazi and broadcast live on TV Channel 2.

In honor of Remembrance Day, thousands will gather in Tel Aviv’s Rabin Square on Sunday night (from 9 p.m.) to sing commemorative songs in memory of the many who sacrificed their lives in service to the Jewish state.
Performing at the “Singing in the Square” event will be an array of popular Israeli musicians such as Avraham Tal, Arik Sinai, Hatikva 6, Ania Bukstein, Arkadi Duchin and Tal Ramon.
Interspersed among the songs will be video clips showing the personal stories of fallen soldiers as told by family and friends.
