A security prisoner tried to stab a guard with a blade at Ketziot Prison on Monday, where two guards were stabbed by Hamas inmates the day before, the Prison Authority spokesperson reported.The guards seized the home-made weapon and prevented any injury.Of the two guards wounded in the Sunday stabbing, one was evacuated by helicopter in critical condition to the Soroka University Medical Center in Beersheba. His condition is now stable, and he was able to telephone his family. The second guard was lightly wounded.
