A fierce winter storm flooded roads, spread debris and upturned cars across Israel Thursday night and Friday morning.The storm put police and emergency services on high alert. Four people have been injured by road accidents due to the storm.Flying debris tossed by the storm severed power lines and caused power shortages in Haifa, Natanya and Hadera Thursday evening.
