Klil, the largest company in Israel that manufactures aluminum products and windows, is expanding its product portfolio and setting up a new plant in Karmiel.
The Klil subsidiary will create aluminum roller blinds and shutters with polyurethane foam, and Rolbox designed roller shutter boxes, with the approval of the Standards Institute, at an investment of approximately NIS 20 million.
The factory’s uniqueness is that it is able to produce a shutter and a custom shutter box for every door, with unique characteristics for the size of the doorway, colors, with or without a motor and more.
The Roll Profile plant will cover an area of 6,000 sq.m.
The investment includes both the construction of the building and the purchase of equipment and machines to create the shutter boxes.
As part of an experiment conducted by Roll Profile to create shutters and shutter boxes for contractors, zero errors were reported during installation, as well each one being a perfect fit for the size of the door and there was complete customer satisfaction with the level of operation and product level.
Roll Profile products will expand the product range offered by Klil.
Zuri Daboosh, chairman of Klil, said the new Roll Profile factory is “making Bill Gates’s industrial vision come to life, where you can order a customized product, color, size and characteristics, and receive the order within days.”
