Blue and White leader Yair Lapid slammed Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday in a video he placed up on social media, arguing that without the criminal charges plaguing Netanyahu “we would have a unity government by now.”
“Suspected criminal Benjamin Netanyahu sent today suspected criminal David Bitan to argue the hearing [of Netanyahu] should be postponed again,” Lapid said, “because he has no shame anymore.”
Lapid went on to describe such a unity coalition as one “without radicals or a state ruled by Jewish law.”
“One man is preventing what is good for the entire country,” he argued, “so let’s just remove this one man.”
