Monty Python’s John Cleese to perform in Tel Aviv

Monty Python co-founder John Cleese will be bringing his one-man show to Tel Aviv later this year. The 79-year-old comedian/actor, best known for his longtime stint with the famed comedy troupe, starring in the legendary TV series Fawlty Towers and appearing in films like A Fish Called Wanda, will appear on September 1 at Tel Aviv’s Charles Bronfman Auditorium as part of his “Last Time to See Me Before I Die” tour.
 
According to his website, the show features clips from both Python and Fawlty Towers interspersed with standup and dialogue with the audience.
 
Tickets range from NIS 204 to NIS 444.
