Lapid slams UK Labour leader Corbyn for having 'a problem with Jews'

Jeremy Corbyn was under fire for antisemitism again on Thursday, this time from Israeli Yesh Atid party leader Yair Lapid, according to a report by the Daily Express.
In an interview on BBC2's Newsnight, Lapid said to Kirsty Wark, "Jeremy Corbyn [called] Hezbollah and Hamas his friends. These are terrorist organizations - for the EU, for international law - terrorists. He called them his friends."
Regarding Corbyn's relationship with Israel, Lapid continued: "He never called us his friends. So, he has got a problem with Jews."
Corbyn and his party experienced an anti-Semitism crisis this year, resulting in several high-profile suspensions and culminating in the Chakrabarti Report on anti-Semitism within the party.
Corbyn has also supported the boycott of Israeli universities involved in weapons research. He has come under increasing pressure to make amends with the Jewish community since he won the Labor leadership race September 12, 2015.
