Report: Terror attack thwarted in east Jerusalem during Trump visit

No Israelis were reported injured in the event.

An attempted stabbing attack took place in Abu Dis in east Jerusalem Monday afternoon, according to Israel Police
The assailant was shot and "neutralized" after attempting to stab a Border Police officer in the east Jerusalem neighborhood.
The condition of the attacker remains unclear.
No Israelis were reported injured in the event. 
The thwarted attack took place as US President Donald trump visited Jerusalem's Old City for his historic visit to Israel on Monday.
Trump, along with a cadre of senior advisers and the First Lady, were on the way to the Western Wall when the attack occurred.
