Rocks thrown at ambulances during Yom Kippur

In two separate incidents rocks were thrown at ambulances by teenagers and children.

Teenagers and children threw rocks at Magen David Adom (MDA) ambulances near Beersheba and Netanya on Yom Kippur, according to the MDA Spokesperon.
MDA teams were dispatched 2,243 times across the country and aided 1,728 people during Yom Kippur.
Due to the fast, 268 people fainted or suffered from dehydration, and 228 people were injured as a result of riding bicycles and skateboards. 35 people were injured in traffic accidents and 26 people were injured during violent altercations across the country.
