The Tel Aviv municipality building, situated in Tel Aviv's Rabin Square, donned the colors of the Spain following Thursday's deadly terror attack in Barcelona.At least 13 people were killed when a van plowed into crowds in the heart of Barcelona, in what police said they were treating as a terrorist attack.A Catalan government official said the death toll could rise above the 13 so far confirmed.Joaquim Forn, from the Catalan government's interior ministry, told a news conference that over 100 people had been injured when the van mowed down pedestrians in Barcelona's city center.Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack, the group's Amaq news agency said."The perpetrators of the Barcelona attack are soldiers of the Islamic State and carried out the operation in response to calls for targeting coalition states," the agency said, referring to a United States-led coalition against the Sunni militant group.In recent months, the facade of the municipality building has also displayed the flags of the United Kingdom and Egypt in solidarity with victims of terror attacks.
