Israeli police arrested two men on Monday for alleged avocado theft.On Sunday, four men were arrested. Among the four, one was supposedly the ringleader and one was the buyer of the stolen avocados.The two arrested on Monday reside in the village of Sheikh Danun in northern Israel.
The thieves allegedly stole tons of avocados, with each ton of avocado being worth around NIS 15,000 [roughly $4,267]. Most of the stolen fruit was from Kibbutz Kabri.
