Umm el-Fahm’s SEVEN shopping center holds Ramadan Karim event for tenants

SEVEN, launched a year ago, is the first shopping and entertainment complex in the Arab-Israeli sector.

The management of the SEVEN shopping complex in Umm el-Fahm held a Ramadan conference – the Ramadan Karim – for the 50 business owners in the compound.
At the conference, the management of the complex – owned by groups Zim Urban and Mydas – gave their well wishes to the 50 owners of the stores and chains in the compound in honor of the Muslim holy month.
SEVEN, launched a year ago, is the first shopping and entertainment complex in the Arab-Israeli sector. The complex covers an area of about 20,000 sq.m., and NIS 70 million were invested in its construction.
Those who proposed toasts to the tenants were: Rani Zim, CEO of the Zim Urban Group; Ran Steinman, co-CEO of Mydas; Yoav Kaplan, partner and Zim VP of Business Development; Wissam Khavaish, one of the land owners and partners and Zim VP of Property; and Itay Storch, CEO of the complex.
Among the participants in the event were Issa Zayed, Fox franchisee; Azmi Haj Yahya, Kiwi and Honigman franchisee; Fadel Soliman, Gentleman franchisee; and Iyad Abu Moch, one of the owners of the City Brands chain.
