The Ukrainian winter is not always easy and Jewish visitors to the burial grounds of Rebbe Nachman of Breslov, who is buried in Uman Ukraine, sometimes injure themselves due to the slippery ice and snow or have difficulty breathing the cold air.The Hatzala teams advise tourists coming from Israel to dress warm and use extra precaution as to avoid slipping on the ice and snow.
