US Ambassador to Israel Dan Shapiro on Tuesday afternoon addressed the annual conference of the Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) in Tel Aviv.A panel discussion between former ambassadors Martin Indyk and Sallai Meridor on strengthening the strategic alliance between the US and Israel was set to follow Shapiro's speech.Tuesday was the second and last day of the 8th annual INSS conference focused on Israel's position in a turbulent region, as part of a series on security challenges of the 21st century.
