15-year-old indicted on suspicion of raping cousin

The Tel Aviv District Court indicted a 15-year-old teenager on Thursday on suspicion of raping and sexually harassing his 13-year-old cousin, who suffered from a mental disorder.
The teenager allegedly abused the girl while babysitting her, threatening that if she told anyone "there will be trouble."
