Security services announced on Tuesday that three of the Palestinian fugitives who were arrested in Tulkarem on Tuesday morning were in the midst of planning a suicide bombing.
The three, Mahmad Husseini, Mahmoud Jaled and Khaled Jamel Ahmed Zakala were all Tanzim operatives.
