Three Hizbullah guerillas who were captured by the IDF during the war in Lebanon were served indictments Monday morning in the Nazareth District Court. In the indictments the three were charged with murder, attempted murder, membership in a terror organization, connection with acts of terror and intent harm Israelis. According to military sources, the guerillas visited Iran multiple times where they participated in a number of military exercises. One of the guerillas, Hossein Suliman, 22, was involved in the capture of IDF soldiers Eldad Regev and Ehud Goldwasser at the Zarit post. Another, 20-year-old Muhammed Sror was actively involved in combat against the IDF and took part in several operations with Suliman. The third man Ma'ahar Kurani, 30, was an opertive in Hizbullah's air defense unit and worked with anti-aircraft weapons. The three were interrogated by investigators from the national unit of the Department of Security and Economic Crimes in coordination with the IDF's Intelligence branch.
