El Al security personnel foiled an attempt to carry an explosives device on board a flight from Toronto to Israel last week.The explosives device was found during a routine check by El Al staff.Representatives from the company reported that they did not suspect the incident was a terrorist threat, instead the explosives device was military equipment that was not reported.They said that every item that is loaded on board their flights undergoes a security check and that is when the explosives device was found.
